Shooting at the end of golden hour and after dark
I took these photos right as the sun was setting and then after dark. This photo below was taken after the sun had disappeared behind the trees. You can see that it isn’t even hitting the rocks behind them.

You don’t have to shoot in golden hour to have soft, creamy skin tones and that’s what I love about this shoot.
This location was in a hot spot until the sun was behind the trees which meant that I was really only able to shoot the couple during the tail end of golden hour + blue hour. And I’m pretty sure “dusk” hangs out somewhere in the middle there but I didn’t google it — someone let me know. :)
