Our Daniel Hosea
I have always cherished photos. I remember looking through the boxes of photos that told the story of my early childhood. I soaked in every detail: the color, the composition, and the expressions of the people they documented. I know that photographs are important because of the memories that they stir. And over time those photographs become precious keepsakes.
Yes, I know all of that. But I have never cherished photographs like I cherish them now. Daniel is one month old today and he has changed so much. He has grown in a way that I didn't expect. He talks now. Well, he makes those little baby noises that melt your heart.
I am thankful that Isaac and I haven't wished away the sleepless nights and the adjustment to a family of three. We have embraced each day.
These photos. We have printed them. We have given them. We have stared at them and reminisced. And yes, it's only been a month. Oh, how we cherish these photos of our precious miracle boy.
