Missouri Botanical Garden Proposal: John Paul + Gertrude
The Botanical Gardens have always been a magical place for Gertrude. As a child, she would ask her mom for one thing: to visit the gorgeous, lush land tucked away in St Louis. Since then, she and John Paul have visited numerous times... stealing moments for just the two of them as they lay below the grand trees of the garden. So when it was time for John Paul to ask the question that had been on his mind for months, he landed in the lush land tucked away in St Louis. The beauty that is the Botanical Gardens.
And with love in his heart, he led her to the small peninsula in the middle of the Japanese Gardens and told her of the great love he had for her. And he pulled out a ring, made with his grandmother's diamond, and asked Gertrude to be his own, forever.
Gertrude, you are so very beautiful. Inside and out.
