It is a good day.
There is a stack of mail sitting in the chair by the window. It's a convenient place for the mail to go after the postman slips it through our front door. The laundry upstairs looks more like a mountain and there are still boxes that need unpacked. I should probably vacuum and stop watering my cactus. Currently it is suffering from water boarding. My orchids died from a lack of water and to be perfectly honest with you, I think it was competing with me to see who could drink the most water in a day. Obviously, I won.
Still it is a good day.
This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118: 24
But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love. Psalm 59:16a
In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my request before you and wait in expectation. Psalm 5:3
Praise the Lord. Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise in the assembly of His faithful people. Psalm 149:1
The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will dance over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
