Videos that are reflective of your brand are powerful (and shareable). Typically people will only watch a 30 second to 1 minute video. Have you gained their trust and loyalty? You might be able to keep their attention for 2-3 minutes.
Behind the scenes, current work and inspiring images do really well on Instagram. The key is to get your ideal customer to stop scrolling and read your caption or look just a little longer.

5. Email Newsletter

I am still trying to figure out The Twitter, but I know this is a great way to reach a large audience. It’s an easy way to build loyal followers by giving them an inside scoop on what you’re doing.
Once you know your target audience, write to them. Write to them consistently on the internet and watch them turn into clients.
If you’re blogging, you need to get on bloglovin’. Some people don’t enjoy receiving emails every time a blogpost goes live. Give your followers the option to keep up with your blog in a user-friendly and fun way!
9. Client Gifts
Did you know gift-giving is one way to build loyal customers? I love buying gifts for others and have seen how excited my clients are to receive something from me (big or small).
10. Business Cards
Every business owner needs business cards. I like using Moo to print mine because of the quality and great turn around time.
YouTube is a great place for tutorials and sharing product details. When I was looking for a new camera bag, I wanted to see a video of the bag “in action” before I made my purchase.
I love working with other industry professionals. When you get connected to like-minded people, it’s amazing what happens! So get networking so that you can help each other grow.
13. Share your product with other vendors
Do you have images of another vendor working behind the scenes? Send them to that vendor. People feel connected when they get to experience your work. Charity of He Loves Me Flowers has sent me home with flowers from our shoots together and I love her for it!
14. Be Confident
Don’t be timid about what you do! Be confident and speak with confidence. Potential Clients want to see that you believe that you have something to offer them.
This is a great way to get endorsements from other professionals. I haven’t experienced brides using LinkedIn to find a photographer, I can imagine that magazine and blog editors might use it!

20. Create a Pricing Guide
Don’t just throw together a pricing guide! Create it (or have someone create it for you) so that it reflects your brand and watch this marketing material work for you!
Google plus is on the rise for social media outlets. This is a great way to get the word out to industry professionals.
What you wear matters. This doesn’t mean that you need a new wardrobe. It just means that you need to put some thought into what you wear and what it says about your brand. Keep it modest and classy. Smelling good is an added bonus.
I know that wedding days can be stressful, but it’s important to keep calm and remember that you are always representing your brand. Stay off your phone and work hard!
24. Be excited
Your excitement is going to start a little fire for your brand. When potential clients experience you being excited to serve them through your product, it makes them excited too!
